Video does not play

If you have previously watched our videos, but for some reason the scene you have just chosen to watch does not start, please relaunch the scene. Click on "video" link in the main menu. Find the same video and start it again.

By doing this, you will not be charged new tickets to watch the video because you can watch the scene several times within the 2 hours timeframe following the initial purchase. Beware not to use the "last page" icon displayed on your browser (arrow point toward left) because your PC or Mac will display a page from the history of navigation (and not from our servers).

If this is the first time you try to watch our videos, please be sure that you have the latest version of Flash player on your Mac or PC.

We suggest you to install also the latest REAL player (11) as many videos are available in Real format as well.

You can test your PC or Mac in DVD section, where you can watch some free DVD trailers.
